No Heat

Hiya Folks
I have a 2003 Baja...LOVE IT!...My AC works great but since it has started to get chilly I checked the heater and a no go. It blows colds but the temp gauge looks good. Is there a fuse or cable somewhere? I am not a mechcanic but wanted to check what I can before visiting the dealer.

There is a cable connected to the temp dial on the backside of the climate control unit.
