Strange rattle

OK my 03 5 sp has a strange rattle noise at 2500 RPM- On both upshift and down shift- It is only at 2500 RPM and no where else (course I have only reved her to about 3200) It sounds like an exhaust shield rattling- but I climbed under it and nothing was lose (BTW-- Let the exhaust cool a good hour before you start grabbing it!!!) I thought maybe it was the hitch pins for the safty chains on the tow bar- so I removed those- but it still make the rattle- The only other thing I could find is the 3 screws at the back of the bedliner are raised a bit off the liner- I tried to tighten them but they are in as far as they will go. I'm taking it in tonight for some loud brake noise the dealer was "Supposed" to fix befor I picked it up- And I'm gonna mention it to them- But I'm wondering if this is a common noise or what?
