'03 Yellow Tailgate For Sale (Atlanta, GA)

Selling my old tailgate off my 03' yellow Baja. Pictures show the cosmetic damage but in short:
Silver plastic cladding is cracked on the left side
Yellow plastic trim above license plate has a small crack
Liner on the inside has holes where previous owner installed a DIY tonneau lock
The ever disappearing plastic clips have disappeared
Additionally, there is something up with the latch mechanism. It works but gets stuck sometimes, making it need a bit of force.

The good:
All badging intact and in good shape
Paint is generally decent, except for the trim over licence plate
All transparent plastic is in good shape
