Baja front license plate mount?

Hey folks, I have a niche-ish question here.

I'm going to be moving from a state that only requires rear license plates to one that requires front ones as well in a few months and I'm looking for any insight on how to mount that front plate on my Baja without just drilling holes into the bumper.

The previous owner did drill some holes that I could use by they're not level and I would prefer to just cover them up with a proper plate mount if such a thing exists. Let me know if y'all have any good solutions!
