I am in the process of doing the same swap in my Baja. I am most of the way through it but have 1 or 2 gotchas I am working on, was hoping maybe I could reach out and pick your brain some! I see you are also from PA, as am I!

Go ahead, a lot of information can be also found on the H6 Swapped Subaru's page on facebook as well. Or some of the baja pages I and a buddy of mine who also did the swap/compiled information with me has good info there.

Not as planned as I wanted it to be, but my engine went on Baja, so this time.....
@kenny......are you in Eastern PA? I think I met your dad at a funeral last year....
I may have to swing by and see your build. I love the black on black. Couldn't be choosy though. Nice Bajas are expensive these days. Of my speedo was hooked up for the last 2yrs I'd be rounding 450k mi

Anyway, found donor, now need the time and space to tow it and take apart. Also on a time crunch since the dead one is sitting at work.
