Yeah, that's what happens alright......been there. That's why I have committed to not removing it again! In fact, the dealer warned me about it when I bought it new, and said that if he was doing it, it would be treated as a "permanent" install.

I found same thing when I pulled mine but not as bad. If I ever put on again I will use the clear vinyl protective tape under it to protect paint after I fix it.
I'm not interested in putting a cap on my Baja, else I would have bought an Outback, but... I saw one at this really cool Subaru only auto wrecker in Chula Vista (San Diego area / SoCal) the other day. I forget the colour, but I do remember that it was missing the back window, sadly.

Anybody interested in buying a Atlantic blue canopy in nearly perfect condition, don't have pictures now but could take a few, but as stated its easily a 9 of 10 condition.

Hey folks! Look what I was finally able to find for those that have A.R.E. tops! Hope this helps anyone that has questions.
Howdy folks, hoping someone could give me a hand. A friend recently shattered the rear window of my canopy, and I'm in need of a replacement. My plan is to get a piece of polycarbonate cut, which I'll then ceramic coat. Unfortunately, there's no frame on the window, and so I don't have anything to measure besides the rough outside of the opening. I'd really appreciate if someone could take some measurements of their own, intact window so I can get my DXF file drawn up.
