OBD II codes P1495 and P1499

OBD II codes P1495 and P1499
id any of the owners on this site ever had this codes, something to do with the exhaust gas re circulation (EGR) solenoid valve – signal 4 – voltage high Wiring, EGR solenoid valve, ECM. Any ideas. Thanks for any guidance on this.
