Complete except for retaining screws which were corroded and unusable. One original retaining screw is included. A portion of one screw is lodged in the brass insert in one mounting clamp and will need to be drilled out.
Structurally sound. Some superficial scratching on one bar.

I have a guy that will Plastiweld new nutserts in, and if you find a '98 or so Forester with cross bars, those screws will work if you shorten them
