Where does Throttle Body coolant line go/come from?

I'm still trying to put my 2005 Baja (Turbo 5 spd) back together. I am stumped right now with the throttle bottle coolant line? Looking from the firewall at the throttle body there is a small coolant pipe coming out from the bottom of the TB. I can't for the life of me figure out where that goes or what hose went to it???
The pic I am attaching comes from a post I found on reddit and while there where answers given on reddit, there was no pic showing the answer and I cannot find the locations mentioned in the answers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much for looking this up. Although there is no clear picture providing an answer, based on the text description it sounds like that is a coolant input. If that is the case then I'll just make sure something feeds into it. Simple right?? What could go wrong
