I agree. Heaviest tailgate for it's size that I've ever run into.
Ironic, though, that Edmunds didn't realize that Ford actually designed in helper springs in the new F150. You can lift it with a pinky.
I prefer the heavy gate. I like setting my fat butt on it at the beach
