Are you referring to the three switches to the left of the steering column with the switches for the Front Fog Lights, Cruise Control & rear Cargo Lamp?
Are you looking for just the 3 individual Switches, just the Trim Piece or the Switches with the Trim Piece?

If so, you never answered my follow up question so I'll ask again.
