My 05 baja backseat won’t fold down. Both levers are broken off.

Just like title says, my 2005 baja back seats won’t fold down because the release levers at the top of the seats are broken or have come out of their holes. How do i fix this? How do i re-attach the levers or set something up so i can get the seats down?
