Sorry I haven't been around much lately; we're trying to add this to the stable:

We have a contract on it, but selling our townhouse is a pain in the butt.

Hey Patti, nice lookin place. Now you have to have the Hubby knock down the trees so you have your own airport out back!!!!

Well, we got two contracts on our house last night; accepted one of them; so I guess it's a done deal now. Move-in is tentatively scheduled for August 10th.

I wonder how many Baja's it would take? LOL

Well, the townhouse is sold (settled on June 30th) so we're officially "homeless" now (renting back from the new owner). We settle on the new house in a little over a week. The appraisal came back today, higher than our purchase price so I guess "All Signs Point To Yes".
