If you want to stay Subaru, have you considered the Crosstrek wheels? I don't think I've seen it done yet!
being an 03, your clearance might become an issue depending on what tire you are looking at.
I would also add 20-25mm wheel spacers regardless of stock or aftermarket rims. This also gives you the option to go to a 5x114 which will have more rim selections that suit our trucks.
googled this image. I believe the rims in the pic are Prodrive, someone might be able to correct me.
also try looking at this company called, LP Adventure. They mainly have lifted outbacks, but they are running a few different styles of "rally" looking wheels.
