1. What kind of exhaust would you recommend? Mine has some leaks and needs replaced. A friend of mine recommend a cat-back system. I'm not all that familiar with exhaust stuff. Local dealership gave me a quote to replace the whole thing for about $1100.00. That includes everything. If I can get an aftermarket and do it myself, I'd rather do that anyway.
2. Planning on doing a small lift. Thinking 1"-2". I've been reading up on some posts here about DIY HDPE. However, I have found that the low temp limit of HDPE and UHMW are both around -40. Which makes me think I should be using aluminum. While I don't do a lot of off road stuff during the winter, I don't want the blocks to disintegrate just going over bumps in the road. I'm also under the belief that my rear springs and/or shocks need replaced, as any weight over 100lbs added to the hitch, or put in the bed, causes the back end to sink pretty low. What are your thoughts?
3. I also want to put on a brush guard. Otherwise known up here as a moose catcher. I would like to put some lights on it so I can see when winter sets in and it's dark most of the time. I saw pics online of 3 I like:
