Very nice ...
If this helps, here is a pictorial of the installation process:

Re: I will soon be subtly taller.
OK I got this done today. Overall it was pretty easy. If you've ever done struts, you'll be able to tackle this. The rears took about two hours (including 20 minutes to find my spring compressors). and the fronts only took about an hour.
The fronts were simple. After pulling the struts out, I used a ball joint puller to pop the studs out.

I didn't have to take the strut apart to do the fronts and I was able to get everything into position with some gentle pushing, so that's why it took less than an hour.
For the rears, I had to compress the springs and take the tops off to replace the studs. I may have been able to hammer the old studs out, but I wouldn't have been able to get the new bolts past the top rubber bushing. Also for reassembly I needed to use a jack to push the suspension arms down to line up with the lower strut.

I put a subtle solutions lift kit on my baja too back in December and I love it!! How do you like the end product?
On a side note, I like the rims, are the powder coated or painted?

Here is a shot of mine with all of my latest add-ons.

Re: I will soon be subtly taller.
Thanks, they are painted.
I'm happy with it. When the struts wear out, we'll probably go for the 05 struts for a little more height.

Re: I will soon be subtly taller.
You're welcome, and that's what counts haha. I am doing the same myself, but I am making myself wait til mine wear out too, because it isnt cheap....I went to my local dealer who I do A LOT of business with and for all four shocks/struts and coil springs and hardware I was pushing 2k
Re: I will soon be subtly taller.
What all hardware??? I priced out the struts and springs to be about 500...
Re: I will soon be subtly taller.
when I went to the dealer, I couldn't buy the whole asssembly. I had to buy everything seperate and assemble it myself so the salesman said. There were soo many parts on the list of things i needed to replace them. I thought, some of it was bs, but some of the parts were needed. I am gonna get on subarupartsforyou.com and see what I can find.
Are you buying genuine subaru parts or after market?
that could aslo be the result in price difference

Re: I will soon be subtly taller.
It was SOA parts. All I planned on getting was the struts bodies and springs. The top mounts and bushings, I was planning on reusing the stock ones. I have the part numbers somewhere, I'll look them up when I get home from vacation.
