Hey all, has anyone ever removed their roof rails (not the cross bars) and painted them? I was noticing (again) how faded mine are and was wondering whats involved. I'm assuming the headliner would have to come out to get at the fasteners from underneath?

i read on another forum about some treatment for rubber around cars that make it look like new. I'll get back with you about it.

It's called mothers back to black. The stuff is amazing brought mine back to looking brand new
