I just bought one of the new tear drop remotes on ebay pretty cheap.
I saw the older style like you want going for as low as $5
check ebay if you haven't yet
the newer teardrop remotes take a little bit more I think to program for the Baja which is why they recommend the dealer do it for you. Im going to try to do it my self.
The older ones I think are easier, and there are programming instructions in the Baja car manual. My old (broken) remote is the same one you have.
When you search ebay for the older style like you have you can search for either the FCC ID or Model number listed on the back of that remote. the FCC ID is the style remote, which will be the same I believe for all of Subarus remotes that look like that. The teardrop newer remote has a different FCC ID. You want to make sure to match up the model number if you can, easier to program.
