Driver's Window Crooked off track

When I roll up the Drivers Window, it is cockeyed and doesn't seal good at the top. The window is somehow cockeyed in the door a tiny bit, maybe 1/8". It leans forward a little bit. Do I have to take the whole door apart to get the window on its track straight? The Baja doesn't seem to have a frame on top of the door like most other cars, the window has no frame on top.
