Dont think just buy a Baja lol. But seriously I have a little family as well, only one kid and the Baja works great for all those family trips to the grocery store or heading to the coast to go camping. And when you buy new furnature for your house the baja comes in really handy. All in all, IT IS WORTH HAVING ! :D

You can find numerous mods for the baja in these forums as well as lots of information on doing your own. Unfortunately you won't find many body mods and especially manufactured body/lift kits. You may find a thread or two in the NASIOC.com baja forum about lifts that may be helpful. Since there aren't that many Bajas out there you pretty much have to do your own modding and experimentation. An experienced wheel/tire shop may be able to help you with wheels, but keep in mind that the wheel wells aren't very wide to get large tires in.
