Brake Upgrade

Post by tomato_88 »

I purchased a Wilwood brake kit for my 2006 Baja Turbo. The Wilwood kit is for the front only. In the rear I purchased calipers and rotors (vented) for a 2006 Legacy GT. Since the Wilwood kit requires different brake lines, I also purchased stainless steel lines for both front and rear. I am pairing the new rotors with Hawk HPS pads. In my research these should all be plug and play for the Baja. If anyone is interested in detailed pictures or a tutorial let me know. I plan on doing the work next weekend. (It should be under 100 degrees, I hope!)

I'm interested in the part numbers you used for the braided brake lines. I have 4-pot fronts and while installing those, I'd like to upgrade the 18 year old rubber at the same time.
