engine vin number decoder

I just bought a 2.5 from an engine importer and want to find out what year and what it came out of. It has the newer emissions intake that I need to change. Engine s/n is C508470. any help. Thanks
I found on the left side across from the transmission number the numbers C508470. And on the top center stamped 569582566897. The tag on front of the timing cover is not very readable. 1253HPCH__002_50847___9
