Window Vent Visors and Care of Chrome "Roll' Bars

Hello all,

I am looking for those visors you put over your windows so you can lower your windows to vent heat but block out the rain. Does any one have these on their Baja? If so, where can I get them please. I have not seen any for the Baja at the local auto parts stores. Also, do I need to use some type of metal polish on my chrome bars? I used to use Mother's on my old Beetle's chrome rims. I greatly appreciate any and all help!

I don't think you will have any luck finding the window visors, no frame around window = no place to attach visor. As for the bars I just give them a coat of wax when I'm doing the rest of the truck.

Thanks for the reply. I know they make visors for the Outback and others. I see now what you mean about the frames. Oh well.

If you know where to obtain visors for the Outback, let us know.
I haven't seen them yet, but that's not to say they don't exist.

We have an Outback wagon at work we took in trade, and I am going to compare the windows on it to the ones on the Baja, to see if the fronts for the Outback will at least fit. I want some too, had them on my old Cherokee, and really miss them. Mike
