Silver Bubbling on Cladding?

Anyone know what's causing this?

Age, water based paint. The trucks are now 10-14 years old and are going to come due for a bodywork tuneup and paint sooner or later. Mine was sun faded and I thought about doing a full up custom job like my Brat, but then I knew I wouldn't want to drive it hard off road so I settled on the dip coat, that proved ideal because I fear no scratch or age and can just peel and spray any area as I like.

It happens on bumpers, plastic bits, and unfortunately the whole side of the truck is that, with complex curves. Look into dipping, you can sand to bare plastic and spray.

Currently trying to decide next steps. Love the Baja, going to continue to own a Baja...but I did see a white/slvr turbo the other day and thought...you know...I would like a turbo...lol!
