White wheels with 2005 RGP turbo/manual

Post by Sipaboy »

I have an 05 turbo manual transmission RGP colored Baja. I have the Michelin Primacy tires with it when I bought it a month ago. Tires only have 5k on it. I decided to order the Sparco Terra wheels. I like the rally look. I decided to get the white wheels since it was the only one offered with the 16 inch size. Does anyone sporting white wheels with their red Baja? I was thinking kinda the looking like the Brat with red color and white wheels. $125 per wheel at tire rack. It comes with lug nuts too. My next purchase would be mud flaps. Has anyone tried those $16 basic Rally armor brand?

rit Thursday at noon and am getting it today[Friday] at 10:30 am. It was $500 for the set plus $70 shipping. Nice thing about tire rack you can see what the wheels look like in your type of vehicle. Going for the rally look so I decided with the 16"

Check brake clearance. It might be an issue with 16".

All good on the clearance. Even the wheel installer said he liked it a lot. I think the 16 inch was the right choice. Im going with the rally look anyways. My tires have only 5k on it and love the Michelin Primacy. So I bought the wheels that would fit it. I do noticed that the stock gunmetal oem wheels are a bit lighter than the Sparco Terra.

Nope. You have to use a photo host. I use flickr. simply upload (public) and copy the bbc code into the post.

Well, there used to be a problem since there's a cap on the images stored on the site. It has to be payed for, hosting doesn't.

Hmm...I run 3 boating websites, 2 using SMF, 1 using phpBB...we have no cap on any of them, but ok, maybe this hosting site's rules are different. Running for 8 years now, with 60k posts.

Just trying to see pictures.

The main thing I don't like about externally hosting images is that, more often than not, the links die after a few years, and those of us from the future are SOL. At least with images attached to the post itself, that's less likely to happen. This board appears to have a limit of three images per post, and a file size limit that I forget at the moment. If file size is an issue, images can easily be resampled/recompressed so they still fulfill their purpose within 100KB-200KB.
