Just called a local ARE dealer and the model is the "Z" top. Base price was $2100ish plus tax. So expensive ..

Payment plan would be up to the dealer selling it.
Of course it's still possible to get one new, they just haven't been made in years. That one's probably been gathering dust in the back of a warehouse for 10+ years.

best bet is probably getting a small loan or credit card....not many vendors do payment plans in my experience.
