I think my city, short hops it's about 23 mpg. I came in from a car that had a top of 42 highway on the cheapest gas :) Driving the Baja is worth every extra penny.

Gas prices suck, but I know so many who pay $1.50+ for a 20 ounce bottle of water or $4.00 for a 12 ounce coffee!

So tell me this... why is diesel fuel more expensive than premium refined gas?

Out here in Cheeseland, diesel is cheaper than regular unleaded now. Mike

Last tank: 348.4 miles / 13.4 gallons = 26 MPG! That's a city/highway mix.

1st tank, city driving, break in driving: 26MPG
2nd tank, highway/City still during break in: 27MPG
3rd tank alll city, starting to use boost: 20MPG
4th tank all city: 18MPG :(

Ive topped off a few times when I was about half tank in between. Now at 1,4xx miles. THe more miles I put on, the more I seem willing to bring on more boost, and the lower my mileage... oh well.

Yeah Hawk,
Boost can be addictive, it is a good thing I can't hear the whine of the turbo spooling up in the Baja or I'd be in boost all of the time (yeah, it's immature but...). I used to keep my EVO in boost just to hear the whine  abosolutely killed the milage though.

'03 Baja--30 mpg consistently after 6 fillups.
Almost all highway mileage, as I commute 75 miles one way to work. What amazes me is that using the AC has had no effect on the mileage!

Have a 2005 Turbo with MT. Got 337 out of 13.645 gallons. Comes out to 24.9. This was with 1/3 highway and 2/3 city driving on the tank!

Thats about what I get as well. I think I got pretty close to 380 on a cross country trip one year.

I am averaging between 19 and 22 MPG. I have an 05 Auto/Turbo. Love the Baja, especially the turbo.
