Re: Baja Pics
Just had to put a new set off wheels on. The wife bent two of the stock wheels in a huge pothole.

I'm really sorry to hear about the loss. You had the truck set up nicely. Let me know how everything works out down the road.bajamudd wrote:

I feel so sorry for you. The plastic is nice because it takes a lot to mess it up. Your most expensive repair will be in the suspension/strut/axle department. I had a run-in with a stop sign on the left front. It broke the wheel ($135 ebay) dented the metal really bad (hammered back out) and scuffed and scratched it all up (http://www.automotivetouchup.com/ EXACT paint match, couldn't be happier!) Good luck with the repairs!bajamudd wrote:

My insurance company totalled it so I had to get a new one
Re: Baja Pics
How bad was it underneath? From the pics it really doesn't looked totaled???bajamudd wrote: My insurance company totalled it so I had to get a new one
Re: Baja Pics
Oh boy...where to start, judging by the pictures it doesn't look bad. But onceyou are under the car and looking there is alot wrong. My entire front and rear right suspension had to be replaced. My cradle was cracked, I had some broken engine mounts, the front end was slightly twisted, my subtle spacer actually made an indent in the strut housing and that needed replaced, and who knows what else. There was a lot more damage than anybody expected

Re: Baja Pics
Which winch is that, do you like it?
Re: Baja Pics
It's the Superwinch Terra 45. And I love it. I have put it to the test, it's been used while submerged in mud, water,up steep grades, etc. It is very reliable.
