on my 78 Brat this one wire has always been disconnected
its from the coil, to what looks like a condensor and then
has a spade connector in it (the black wire in the pic)
does it go to + on the battery maybe or ground ???

car runs fine without it as is
just a little hard to start, but Im pretty sure thats the carb.

I just started getting into the whole brat thing but when I was at the junkyard
today. Every subie (no brats unfortunately there) from 80-86 all had that as a
ground right behind the carb near where the distributor wire comes through.

As I was looking to by a dist and coil i noticed all that lil details. And if you could
post up some pics of what you have I would be grateful! Need to get my new 81
running!
