Silencer Deletes

Post by gifters »

Has anyone deleted the silencers from their Intake? I'm considering doing this but I want to make it nice and clean, are their any products that are a direct replacement to clean this up? Or should I try to find a NA Intake from someone who replaced theirs?

GP moto silencer delete http://www.gpmototech.com/intake.htm its the second product down on that page.

All it does for you is make the intake noise louder.

Oh yeah, that's right. Why not just remove it?

I want to cover the holes with something that doesn't look too ugly. Any tape that works good for insulating the piping.... or a after market replacement tube to go from the stock filter housing to the stock intake
