Can't see time or mileage with lights on at night.

Am I suppose to read these at night. I know I got at least one burned out bulb behind the tachometer. Haven't pulled dash apart yet.

Yes.
My entire dash's light are piss poor & I'm going to replace them too once I find out what type of lights I need, what color, & work up the courage to pull the dash apart (I'm a klutz with car parts). I can't read my dash at all when it gets around sunset because the lights barely work even on max brightness. :lol:

Unfortunately my clock one goes on and off randomly. So I'm going to have to look for a short sometime.

Not necessarily a short. but a partially burned bulb.

They aren't LEDs, are they? I've never heard of a partially-burnt out incandescent bulb.
