new to the site...... kinda hating my baja right now.... cost me $800 timing belt ,,,needs brakes and almost killed me as I slid off the road in my 1st snow drive......and this is all in the 1st 500 miles that i've owed the car....

Well for $800 you expected a new Baja? If they sold it for so little then there will be a lot of things needing fixing.
Do you have good Snow/ Mud-Snow tires on it?
Have you put good brake pads on it and made sure the rotors are still in specs?
I would spend my time checking out the car and fixing things or having someone who knows cars check it out and fix things for you.
