2005 Baja Turbo Automatic 29,600miles in NJ

I am considering selling my '05 Baja Turbo. Purchased it in July 2007 with just 4500 miles on it. (Original owner purchased the car in March of 2006). Scheduled maintenance has been performed by a local Subaru dealer. All records available. I've also kept a log book of gas purchases. The Baja is black with onyx cladding and black leather interior. Automatic trans with the select shift (or whatever they call it), P/windows, P/locks, P drivers seat, P/mirrors, bright alloy wheels, factory installed hard bed cover, moonroof, roof racks, 6 CD indash player, auto dimming mirror w/compass, tinted front side glass. I've added the bed extender and a Subaru Extended Service Plan which is good till 60,000 miles or March of 2012, whichever comes first. Current mileage is 29,600. Car has new brakes (pads and rotors all around) done in mid-August '09. Recall work (fuel pump bracket) done in December. Body is in excellent condition with only minor blemishes.
