Bed Care

Post by peiboy »

What does everybody use to take care of the bed? I have used mothers black chrome in the past, but typically I don't really do much with it. Well, now it is starting to get a chalky look to it, and I would like to freshen it back up, but I am not sure what is best to use.

Any Ideas?

I never thought of Tire spray - I will have to try that.

I have never heard of Poorboy's, is it hard to find? I will be out and about this weekend and see if I can find it.

Thanks

I went to wally world and picked up a jug of Meguires tire spray - it worked GREAT! all I needed to do was spray it on and watch it shine! 8) Sweet! Thanks for your advice fellas.

I can't remember what I tried on the bed, some kind of plastic reconditioner, and man did it get slick. I stand in that thing sometimes, and having it slippery like butter is not good. Do any of these suggestions leave the bed in a condition that doesn't require ice skates to safely tread on?

anything that will keep it black will be slick....

you might try Klasse AIO which is good on rubber and plastic I haven't yet but it should bring it back and keep it good..
