Hi Ronnie,

AFAIK, the heated seats don't use relays; the switch in the center console takes the place of the relay, as it can handle the current of the heating elements. At least, there doesn't appear to be a relay that's activated/deactivated by the seat heater switches (there would likely be a relay actuated by the key).

Are you sure it isn't just the indicator bulb that's blown? My seats take a while to warm up, and when the bulb blew in my switch, I wouldn't know if they were working for over 10 minutes...

I'm assuming you already checked the fuse, so first thing is ensure the switch is receiving power; one of the wires in each of the switch connectors should be 12V (when the key is in Accy/On). If none of the wires have 12V, there might be a problem with the wiring to that connector. If there is power going to the connector, I would check the switch itself. I'll try to find a wiring diagram, but you should have continuity between at least two pins when the switch is in High position, and at least two pins in the Low (one of which should be the same as High).

Although, if both seats aren't working, it's probably not the switches. There is a relay, but it's not controlled by the switches; if both seats aren't working, that could be the cause.
