Ever popular mystery plugs, not the usual green ones

Put my dash back together after putting in a heater core and ive got this orphan. dont remember it, and it doesnt look very subaru-ish. I can only think maybe burglar alarm?

My vote is for aftermarket alarm or remote starter; 99.9% sure that wasn't installed at the factory.

Definitely a relay based on the diagram on the side. Seems to be a standard 5-pin relay used by many things automotive.
