These are the correct front and rear templates to use for 00-04 legacy/outback or 03-06 baja. They are scaled correctly so if you just go into word or powerpoint and enable the ruler and grid lines you can simply use one of the lengths.
Not sure why the rear says 130,000... 130mm will do the trick just fine.
