Probably won't fit to be honest. You'll have to go custom.

I've often thought about creating an extended rack for the back only, then use with roof racks as well, and have the whole issue at the same height. This would have the benefit of requiring the rear rack to be strong mostly in the vertical direction only, as the roof racks would contribute most of the transverse strength/support (front to back and side to side). Interestingly, there is access to the frame through the two popout plastic covers on either side of the bed near the tailgate, maybe allowing for a system that could easily be added/removed. I often carry longer material (drywall, plywood, lumber) and the spread distance of the roofracks really only allow maximum 8 foot long material... and demands sensible driving.
Another tidbit, and one I should mention in its own thread... first gen Forester roof racks work very nicely on the Baja, they're strong, flat, and go on and off easily. You just need to reverse the outer clamping bar and you're good to go.
