My wife has totaled her first vehicle.....But at least she is fine...I can replace the Baja

Yikes! I'm glad your wife is ok.

Interesting how the wood of the tree got compacted into the wheel.

She was lucky for sure.....after that tree is about a 25ft drop off.....would have rolled a few times for sure.......

Insurance companies first offer is 11,200.....Just did Timing belt, water pump, new turbo, all new seals up front about 5k ago..This car was pretty much flawless...I hate insurance companies

Well the hunt is on for a new vehicle for the wife......we have reached an agreement with the insurance company so now all the fun begins.....Again.....And I took the wheels and tires off....Just put the tires on last monday

At the moment I am looking for another Baja......Hard to find in good shape around here.....Had to drive 5 hours to get the one she had.....

Any luck finding a good baja? I've been hunting around but havent found anything truly noteworthy to tell you about.

Actually no, And I'm kind of on a time crunch this time......Going tomorrow to look at a 2013 Outback......None of the Baja's I've found are worth going to look at......Not within 300 miles anyway.....

Well it's not a Baja......But it is a very nice outback that we got a great deal on.....

I had wondered how she made out, Glad you kept it in the Subie family. Looks like a nice beast. At least you still have that other beautiful turbo in the family!

It looks like the fuel filler door on the Baja made an effort to jump off like they seem to do!
