Hi all, great forum, I have been reading here for about 6 months now and I have gleaned a lot of information, so thanx. I just installed my new Gorilla off road bar so I figured I'd put up some pix, old and new. I have a 05 turbo I got new, I kept it pretty much stock for the first 7 years. Now I am in the fix it up mode.
Here Is what I regularly haul.
Now the addons:
I am off to work, even with the holiday Happy 4th everyone.

That is a 15'8" 1978 Glastron with a 55 hp Johnson.

I've been thinking about getting a small boat but wasn't sure how the baja would handle it. ....It pulled a pop up camper ok...
Re: Hello and some pix.
^Mike, how does it pull the popup? How much weight do you estimate?

Great pics, when I bought my original 86 Brat in 87 or 88 (can't recall) I ran into the guy I bought it from as he was gassing up. He was pulling a boat that looked twice as big as the truck itself, I can't recall anything more than that but it seemed huge at the time.

Very Cool! I am also new to the forums... I have the same year and model in white. The mod bug has bit me. I really want to get the gorilla guard going as well!

I'm not really sure how much it weighed and I no longer have it but it pulled it fairly wellags0702 wrote:^Mike, how does it pull the popup? How much weight do you estimate?

The boat tows pretty good. Loaded up I'm at around 1800 lbs, have to be careful about stopping though. There are a couple of substantial hills on the way to the lake and with the turbo I rock right up them.
