I guess I missed this post before my trip
Drove from California to D.C. and back in May. But took friends older Nissan Altima instead of the Baja. Thought we'd get better mileage. Only slightly better at the cost of being in a fairly uncomfortable car as it turns out.
Going to Denver, CO in the next couple weeks. Probably taking the Baja, but may go in Mustang convertible.

been roadtripping for work all over the state... really like the Tahoe trips and up to Jamestown - I try to travel either early or during the "dinner" hour times - more open road to enjoy the handling.... not yet sure about a little vacation driving??
any ideas out there??

Going to Lancaster this weekend for Subaru Rim of the World Rally.
What is the event in Washington in June? That could be a good drive up that way from California.
