Re: Northern NJ/Eastern PA/Southern NY Tonneau trade?

We have a Baja in our group that has one of the old fashioned tonneau covers that is the soft vinyl over a central wooden hoop and snaps all around the side along plastic. It's really versatile. She had a guy custom make it for her. Very nice.

Re: Northern NJ/Eastern PA/Southern NY Tonneau trade?

This is what was on my turbo auto with leather. It has the piece that opens in front, a central bar that goes across and the back piece that also opens. It has the bump stops on top that rest against the "roll bars" and then straps that hook it around the bars for when you need to carry something ta...

Re: rough Idle

I couldn't get physical copies of anything, but the service guy I spoke with was kind enough to read it all to me over the phone. So I knew when it got exhaust, brakes, mile services, oil changes, etc. I definitely think he was the exception to the rule. I told him how I fell in love with the Baja, ...

Re: Northern NJ/Eastern PA/Southern NY Tonneau trade?

I have the rare factory turbo hardcover. It has a metal frame and two pieces that stay on permanently in the back, but if you want to remove the Main top, it removes with two large bolts.

Re: Northern NJ/Eastern PA/Southern NY Tonneau trade?

I have the original 2005 Factory Turbo Auto cover that I'm going to be selling shortly. I just traded my Baja Turbo and took it off before I traded it.

Re: 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo FOR SALE in NJ - Garnet Red Pearl

Hey Gordon. I'll post it up on the Baja Owners FB page, but the first question everyone asks at that mileage is....did you do the water pump/timing belt? so I'll ask for them. Thanks!

Re: Any good front grill swap/modifications?

There is a turbo for sale over on the NASIOC forum that has the best looking Baja grille I've ever seen. He says it was a custom job.

Check this out! http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthr ... ?t=2634579

Re: rough Idle

Wow! You and I are very similar. I bought my 05 Turbo with 70,344 miles on it. Luckily I was able to find the servicing dealer through the CarFax and they were very cooperative in listing the service history to me over the phone (since it wasn't reported to CarFax). I think you have to post your pictures to an online photo hostings service like photobucket.com and then link them in your post. The site won't host any pictures these days.

Re: rough Idle

If you've got a turbo, you don't have wires, you've got coil packs. Unfortunately, there are a laundry list of things that can be causing that rough idle.
