Re: I want to cheat on.... (pics included)

I did cheat. The Baja is now a daily driver that is helping me to gather parts for my project vehicle.

Re: OBDII code P0171

Congratulations! Nice to see that somethings are simple fixes on "newer" cars.

Yeah, I don't envy the fuel filter change on the turbo models. Mine is out in the open in front of the firewall, lol.

The Ford F-150 SVT Raptor [smilie=666.gif]

My wife really wants an Avalanche. I told her if we were going to spend $40,000, I'd go with the Raptor. After seeing it, she said "ok". :o
Downfall is that new trucks come with new truck payments. Think I'll just stick with the Cruck!

not me brother!...Battery technology is too far behind the technology development curve and the hydrogen fuel cell hybrids don't have the support nationwide or worldwide yet.
But a diesel would be nice!

Re: Steering Wheel vibration that will not go away, need help!

alot of dealers will do an alignment and not check tire pressure and wear patterns...and if they do set the pressure, they'll often set it in the low to mid 30's PSI range, whereas the wonderful tires that are on my Baja ( and may be on yours too) have a 42-44 PSI requirement...tires are often the ...

Re: What have you hauled? Post Pics !!!

i plan on hauling a Neo Geo arcade game soon you think it will be safe with it up right. as long as i strap it down. As long as you secure everything you shouldn't have any problems. I've hauled furniture, appliances, exercise equipment, etc without any problem. except... 2 items 1) A riding lawn m...

Re: Tires. We all need em - Heres the Thread for em .

Is their a list of tire sizes that will fit on the factory wheels? Right now I'm running the factory size on my 2003 Baja but was wondering what I could get for off road tires but It doesn't seem like there are a lot of off road tires in that size. Look at the last few post from YBajaSteve. He incl...

Re: Highest miles on a Baja (so far!)?

112,000 so far. Just replaced the brakes last night. These were the original brakes! Yes - the pads have been into the wear indicators for the last week or so. Yes - the rotors, while not grooved or warped, were pretty worn. But still - 112,000 of the first set of brakes! [smilie=666.gif] Probably w...

Re: Could it be possible ??? The 2011 SUBARU BAJA ?

Yeah, I think on the nabisco site is about the only place these rumors exist.

Personally, I'd like to see a new Baja built off of the Tribeca platform. Its a little bigger (room for a little bit bigger bed) plus could have the H-6. I wouldn't want to see it grow to the size of a Ridgeline though.

Re: HELP! How to remove headliner?

Remove the plastic panel at the A pillar, just pops off. Remove the "OH CRAP" grip above the door with two bolts. Remove the plastic panel at the B pillar, just pops off. Remove the sunvisor, couple bolts and disconnect wire. I ran the wiring through this way to get my XM set up and had enough room ...
